Perry Ryno was born and raised in Sacramento, California and came to Columbus, Ohio in 1985 to attend school at OSU on a gymnastics scholarship. He started his real estate career in 1994 with another brokerage and moved in with RE/MAX Capital Centre in 2000. His 11+ year real estate career began and remains here in Clintonville/ Beechwold area, where he is also a resident. With over 5000 Realtors in the Columbus Board, he has consistently been in the top 10 in total dollar volume sold in the Clintonville/Beechwold area for several years.
Even though over 40% of his yearly volume is done in Clintonville, he is very active in many other markets throughout Franklin and Delaware counties. Be it Westerville or Worthington, the Downtown Villages, Grandview or Gahanna, Powell or Polaris, Upper Arlington, Delaware or the Olde Towne East and Short North areas, he has over 11 years of proven experience in saving his clients money and providing the best of what a full service Realtor can offer.
